Serve in the Children’s Choir Ministry to help kids encounter God through music and grow as young worshipers. By leading biblically sound songs and preparing meaningful programs, you’ll minister to children in a joyful, Christ-centered environment—guiding them to know God more deeply and express their faith through worship.

Purpose (Scope of Ministry): To lead children in music and drama that glorifies Jesus Christ; To help them grow as disciples as they learn music that is biblically sound and inspiring

Ministry team leaders must be members of Staples Mill Road Baptist Church and serve a one-year term. Volunteers must complete Safe Kids Training. They work under the Associate Pastor for Worship and Discipleship to lead a vibrant children's music ministry, coordinate worship participation, and prepare musical programs. Success is measured by a safe, Christ-centered environment where children learn to worship through music.
