Director of Workforce Development

STEP is seeking a full-time Director of Workforce Development. This position would facilitate the Jobs for Life program, develop and maintain a city-wide business network, and provide ongoing case management and support for graduates through the monthly Elevate program. Director of Children’s Education

STEP is seeking a full-time Director of Children’s Education. This position would lead STEP’s children’s ministries, including Victory Reading (our after-school tutoring program during the school year), Summer Enrichment (our five-week summer program), and VBS.
