This is an event for our students AND their families!
Join us for a two-day event we have titled "Reaching in Love". Our church motto is to be "Rooted in Truth. Reaching in Love.", and we want to give an opportunity for our students and their families to do just that...together.
We will be spending Friday evening going out into the neighborhoods surrounding SMRBC and simply inviting people to join us for church as well as taking any opportunities to share the gospel with our neighbors. This is one way to "Reach in Love". We'll finish back at the church with dinner and talking about the plans for the next day.
On Saturday morning, we will head out into the community in a variety of ways to simply serve. We will have several options available for our families to choose from on Friday night. We will then spend about 2 1/2 hours "Reaching in Love".
We pray that many of our student families will prioritize this opportunity to share the gospel and also use their gifts to serve the community because of that gospel.
*We are encouraging any of our participants to wear a SMRBC or SMS shirt if they have one!*
