Join us on Sunday, May 5th after the 11 AM service @ 12:15 PM in room MP-1 for lunch and information about Family Advocacy Ministry. SMRBC is looking to expand its ministry to vulnerable, foster, or adoptive families, and we are hosting this meeting to provide information and contacts to members interested in learning more.
The lunch is free, but please RSVP so that we can anticipate numbers. We are planning on having deli trays, sides, beverages, and a cookie dessert.
About FAM
FAM is a step-by-step ministry strategy that helps churches serve and advocate for vulnerable children and families as well as those called to foster and adopt. All FAMs are equipped with ministry software, resources, tutorial, and consultation to launch and sustain their ministries. Send Relief helps churches implement FAMs so they can help bring a gospel-centered impact to the lives of vulnerable children and families.
